«الشركة» تعني شركة آيروف، شركة الشخص الواحد ذات مسؤولية محدودة، المسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية ومقرها الرياض، ورقمها الموحد 7054885111. "the Company" means شركة آيروف — شركة الشخص الواحد ذات مسؤولية محدودة (trading as iroov), a single-person limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with headquarters in Riyadh, unified national number 7054885111. The Arabic name above is the registered legal name as issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

هذا الموقع موقع تعريفي بالشركة ومنتجاتها. يتم شراء منتجاتنا والدفع مقابلها عبر متاجر التطبيقات ومنصات الدفع المرخّصة، لا عبر هذا الموقع. وإذا أتاحت الشركة لاحقاً بيعاً مباشراً عبر هذا الموقع، تُنشر عليه حينها سياسة الدفع والاسترجاع الخاصة بذلك البيع. أي منتج له شروط استخدام خاصة تُعرض داخله وتُقدَّم على هذه الشروط عند التعارض في نطاق ذلك المنتج. This website is an informational site about the Company and its products. Purchases and payments for our products are made through app stores and licensed payment platforms, not through this website. Should the Company later offer direct sales through this website, the applicable payment and refund policy will be published here at that time. Any product that has its own terms of use displays them within the product, and those terms prevail over these Terms within the scope of that product.

٨. النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي8. Governing law and jurisdiction

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة حصرياً بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. وعند الاختلاف في تفسير النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، يُعتد بالنسخة العربية. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. In the event of a discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
