تحترم شركة آيروف («الشركة»، «نحن») خصوصية زوّار موقعها ومستخدمي منتجاتها. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، وكيف نستخدمه، وما هي حقوقك. تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقع iroov.com وعلى المنتجات التي تنشرها الشركة، ما لم يُنشر لمنتج معيّن سياسة خاصة به. iroov ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to its website and users of its products. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. It applies to iroov.com and to products published by the Company, unless a specific product publishes its own policy.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data we collect

• بيانات تُرسلها إلينا طوعاً: مثل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومحتوى رسالتك عندما تراسلنا على البريد الرسمي.Data you voluntarily send us: such as your name, email address and message content when you contact us at our official email.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية: يجمع مزوّد الاستضافة سجلات تشغيلية معتادة (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، وقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.Basic technical data: our hosting provider collects standard operational logs (IP address, browser type, request time) for security purposes and to protect the service from abuse.
• بيانات المنتجات: قد تجمع بعض منتجاتنا بيانات إضافية لازمة لعملها؛ يُفصح عن ذلك داخل المنتج نفسه قبل الاستخدام.Product data: some of our products may collect additional data necessary for their operation; this is disclosed within the product itself before use.

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات ارتباط للتتبّع الإعلاني ولا أدوات تحليلات تابعة لطرف ثالث. قد يستخدم مزوّد الاستضافة ملفات ارتباط تقنية ضرورية لأمان الاتصال وأدائه. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics tools. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies for connection security and performance.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها، ولا نستخدم بريدك لإرسال رسائل تسويقية لم تطلبها. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use your email address to send marketing messages you did not request.

٤. مشاركة البيانات مع الغير4. Sharing with third parties

لا نشارك بياناتك إلا في حدود ضيقة: مع مزوّدي خدمات تقنية نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الموقع والبريد (مثل مزوّد الاستضافة ومزوّد البريد الإلكتروني) وبالقدر اللازم لأداء عملهم فقط، أو عند وجود طلب نظامي من جهة مختصة في المملكة. We share your data only in narrow circumstances: with technical service providers we rely on to operate the website and email (such as our hosting and email providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function, or where required by a lawful request from a competent authority in the Kingdom.

٥. حفظ البيانات5. Data retention

نحتفظ بالمراسلات للمدة اللازمة للرد عليها وتوثيق التعامل، ثم تُحذف أو تُؤرشف. تُحفظ السجلات التقنية لفترات قصيرة يحددها مزوّد الاستضافة لأغراض الأمان. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond to it and document the interaction, after which it is deleted or archived. Technical logs are retained for short periods determined by our hosting provider for security purposes.

وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك: العلم بكيفية جمع بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب تصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على البريد أدناه، ونردّ خلال مدة معقولة. Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to be informed how your data is collected, to access it, to request its correction, and to request its destruction when it is no longer needed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

نطبّق إجراءات حماية معقولة، منها تشفير الاتصال بالموقع (HTTPS)، والتحقق بخطوتين على حسابات الشركة، وحصر الوصول إلى البيانات بأضيق نطاق ممكن. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نقل عبر الإنترنت. We apply reasonable protective measures, including encrypted connections to the site (HTTPS), two-step verification on company accounts, and least-privilege access to data. Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

٨. خصوصية الأطفال8. Children's privacy

موقعنا ومنتجاتنا غير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمت بوصول بيانات من طفل إلينا فراسلنا لحذفها. Our website and products are not directed at children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you become aware that a child's data has reached us, contact us so we can delete it.

٩. تعديل هذه السياسة9. Changes to this policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويُنشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة. We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

١٠. القانون الواجب التطبيق10. Governing law

تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
