تحترم شركة آيروف («الشركة»، «نحن») خصوصية زوّار موقعها ومستخدمي منتجاتها. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، وكيف نستخدمه، وما هي حقوقك. تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقع iroov.com وعلى المنتجات التي تنشرها الشركة، ما لم يُنشر لمنتج معيّن سياسة خاصة به. iroov ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to its website and users of its products. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. It applies to iroov.com and to products published by the Company, unless a specific product publishes its own policy.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data we collect

• بيانات تُرسلها إلينا طوعاً: مثل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومحتوى رسالتك عندما تراسلنا على البريد الرسمي.Data you voluntarily send us: such as your name, email address and message content when you contact us at our official email.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية: يجمع مزوّد الاستضافة سجلات تشغيلية معتادة (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، وقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.Basic technical data: our hosting provider collects standard operational logs (IP address, browser type, request time) for security purposes and to protect the service from abuse.
• بيانات المنتجات: قد تجمع بعض منتجاتنا بيانات إضافية لازمة لعملها؛ يُفصح عن ذلك داخل المنتج نفسه قبل الاستخدام.Product data: some of our products may collect additional data necessary for their operation; this is disclosed within the product itself before use.

الأساس النظامي لهذه المعالجات هو: موافقتك حين تراسلنا طوعاً، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تأمين الموقع وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية في المملكة. The legal bases for this processing are: your consent when you voluntarily contact us, our legitimate interest in securing the website and protecting it from abuse, and compliance with our legal obligations in the Kingdom.

تصفّح هذا الموقع لا يتطلب تقديم أي بيانات شخصية. وإن اخترت عدم تزويدنا ببيانات التواصل، فلن يترتب على ذلك سوى تعذّر ردّنا على رسالتك. Browsing this website requires no personal data. If you choose not to provide contact details, the only consequence is that we will be unable to respond to your message.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها، ولا نستخدم بريدك لإرسال رسائل تسويقية لم تطلبها. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use your email address to send marketing messages you did not request.

٤. مشاركة البيانات مع الغير4. Sharing with third parties

لا نشارك بياناتك إلا في حدود ضيقة: مع مزوّدي خدمات تقنية نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الموقع والبريد (مثل مزوّد الاستضافة ومزوّد البريد الإلكتروني) وبالقدر اللازم لأداء عملهم فقط، أو عند وجود طلب نظامي من جهة مختصة في المملكة. We share your data only in narrow circumstances: with technical service providers we rely on to operate the website and email (such as our hosting and email providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function, or where required by a lawful request from a competent authority in the Kingdom.

نقل البيانات خارج المملكة: تُستضاف بياناتك ويُعالَج بريدنا لدى مزوّدي خدمات تقع مراكزهم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. ويتم هذا النقل بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، ووفق ضوابط نقل البيانات خارج المملكة في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية. Cross-border data transfer: your data is hosted, and our email is processed, by service providers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such transfers are limited to what is necessary to operate the service and are carried out in accordance with the cross-border transfer controls of the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

٥. حفظ البيانات5. Data retention

نحتفظ بالمراسلات لمدة لا تتجاوز أربعة وعشرين شهراً من إغلاق الطلب، ثم تُحذف أو تُتلف بشكل آمن، ما لم يوجب نظامٌ نافذ الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول. أما السجلات التقنية فيحتفظ بها مزوّد الاستضافة لفترات قصيرة لأغراض الأمان، ولا نستخرج منها نسخاً ولا نخزّنها لدينا. We retain correspondence for no longer than twenty-four months after the matter is closed, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Technical logs are held by our hosting provider for short periods for security purposes; we do not extract or store copies of them ourselves.

وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك: العلم بكيفية جمع بياناتك، والوصول إليها، والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة واضحة ومقروءة، وطلب تصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على البريد أدناه، ونردّ خلال مدة معقولة. Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to be informed how your data is collected, to access it, to obtain a copy of it in a clear and readable format, to request its correction, and to request its destruction when it is no longer needed. ٧. أمن البيانات7. Data security

نطبّق إجراءات حماية معقولة، منها تشفير الاتصال بالموقع (HTTPS)، والتحقق بخطوتين على حسابات الشركة، وحصر الوصول إلى البيانات بأضيق نطاق ممكن. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نقل عبر الإنترنت. We apply reasonable protective measures, including encrypted connections to the site (HTTPS), two-step verification on company accounts, and least-privilege access to data. Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

موقعنا ومنتجاتنا غير موجّهة لمن هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمت بوصول بيانات قاصر إلينا فراسلنا لحذفها. Our website and products are not directed at individuals under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you become aware that a minor's data has reached us, contact us so we can delete it.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويُنشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة. We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
